Common Questions

How do I begin my training?

You can start your journey at Gamanshin Dojo by scheduling a trial class. This session allows you to experience our professional training environment and meet our instructors before committing to a full program.

Do I need prior experience to join?

No previous experience is required. We welcome students of all levels, from absolute beginners to advanced practitioners. You will be integrated into a group that matches your skill level to ensure you learn at a rhythm that is safe and effective.

What equipment or uniform is necessary?

For your first trial class, comfortable athletic wear is all you need. Once you enroll, you will be required to wear a white Gi. Our Dojo will get you all the equipment you will need.

What is the minimum age for children?

We offer classes for kids from age 7 and up. These classes focus on fundamental movements, discipline, and respect. For older age groups, we provide specific training designed for diverse physical goals.
